We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at: info@d1customcreations.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following: a replacement item at no additional cost or a store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for a wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
