Shipping Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a smooth and reliable experience when placing an order. Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground, with delivery times typically ranging from 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how the postal service handles your package once it is delivered to the post office.

Delayed or lost items

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS. Please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) with the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: We DO NOT reship packages that say "Delivered". It is our experience that most packages are delivered safely. Often times packages that say delivered and have not been received show up within a few days. In extremely rare instances, they are stolen or mis-delivered.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
